Product Manager
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

A leading digital commerce business is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager to take full ownership of a key consumer-facing proposition. This role focuses on delivering exceptional direct-to-recipient experiences, driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business impact.
Own and drive the strategy for a direct-use customer proposition, from ideation through to market delivery
Define value propositions, user journeys, and KPIs tied to satisfaction, retention, and revenue outcomes
Build and prioritize a product roadmap grounded in data, research, and business needs
Lead Agile delivery across engineering, design, data, and marketing teams
Apply a strong test-and-learn mindset to drive growth and optimize user experience
Translate insights into clear product requirements (user stories, wireframes, prototypes)
Monitor performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
Align product execution with wider commercial goals and strategic initiatives
Excellent experience in digital product management, ideally in e-commerce environments
Proven track record in owning products end-to-end and delivering tangible results
Strong analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing, performance metrics, and hypothesis validation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
Comfortable with data tools (Excel, SQL, analytics platforms)
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Product, UX, Technology)
